Information on applying for a place through the local authority Coordinated Admissions Scheme is available here.

A copy of the school Admissions Policy is available on our policies page, and includes detailed information on the applications and admissions appeals process; the special consideration given to applications on behalf of children with special education needs and support requirements; and the criteria used when the school is over-subscribed.

Admissions 2023-24 Consultation

The DFE Admissions Code requires admission authorities must consult on their admission arrangements at least once every 7 years, even if there have been no changes during that period. The Code outlines who must be consulted.

The Spencer Academies Trust, of which Glenbrook Spencer Academy is a part, is proposing no changes to the academy’s admission arrangements from those which currently apply.

A copy of the admission arrangements for 2023-24 can be found here.

If you wish to make any comments on the arrangements, please notify Glenbrook Spencer Academy by email at or write to the Academy at the address above, noting “Admissions Consultation” on your letter.

The consultation is running from 17th November 2021 to 21st January 2022. The closing date for the academy to receive comments is 21st January 2021.
